Electric Car Thrills the Next Generation of NHRA Members
[Chicago, Illinois] August 8, 2000 NetGain Motors' battery powered electric drag rail "Bad Amplitude" has been on tour in Division 3 doing exhibition runs at the North Central Division's Federal Mogal Series races.
While in the pits, children (of all ages) are invited to sit inside "Bad Amplitude" to get the feel of a real race car. Bragging rights are given to those who accept this invitation by having their photographs posted on NetGain's web site;

"NHRA drag racing has always been a family event," said Kevin Zak, president of NetGain Motors. "The look on those kids faces while they are sitting inside our car is the most exciting aspect of the races," Zak said.
"Bad Amplitude" debuted at Chicago's Route 66 Raceway in June of 1999 and will continue doing exhibition runs at the North Central Division's Federal Mogal Series races and at numerous other races, car shows, parades and school events around
the Midwest.
