Agreement
By requesting access to the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ controller. You hereby certify and attest
that you are qualified to use this software and the use of the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ is entirely at your own risk.
NetGain Motors, Inc. is released from all liability associated with your use of the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ controller.
You further acknowledge and understand that the use of
the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™controller may damage the motor or controller or cause an unsafe driving condition of the motor or
vehicle. By downloading the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ you agree to hold harmless NetGain Motors, Inc. and any employees
of NetGain Motors, Inc. The use of the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ will also void any warranty associated with either the
motor or controller. You further agree not to share or disseminate the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™ in any manner to any entity.
The entry of your Email below signifies your consent and approval of this Agreement.
You must provide a valid reason for requesting download access to the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™. If your request is approved you will be provided a
Login and Password to access the SmartView OEM Software for the HyPer-Drive ™. The Login and Password shall not be shared with anyone not having agreed to this Agreement.
If you are accessing SmartView OEM software for the first time, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that your inverter is registered by completing the "Register Your Products" form. Your request cannot be approved until a registered HyPer-Drive controller/inverter serial number is linked to your email address.
- Refer to the HyPer-Drive User Manual and verify that you have completed all Pre-Startup and Post-Startup steps using SmartView DLR software.
